Dynamic Group is a premier injection mold manufacturer and molder located in the northwest suburbs. We have an immediate opening for a Toolmaker at our Coon Rapids location! Dynamic Group is recognized as a leader in small, complex, and precision injection molds for a variety of industries. We employ one of the finest teams and continue to invest in the technology/equipment to support them. We also offer a flexible schedule that supports work/life balance.

Responsibilities:

Interpretation of Manufacturing Plans, Prints, and/or electronic data
Conversational & CAM Programming
Set-up & Operation of various CNC Milling, Turning, Wire EDM, and Sinker EDM, and manual machines
Perform & Document all necessary inspections to assure quality expectations
Troubleshoot part quality and/or machine performance issues
Communicate & Document changes to established programs or standards
Conduct routine Preventive Maintenance of tools and equipment

Qualifications:

Technical Degree in Machine Tool Technology or 5+ years related experience
2+ years experience in Injection Mold Making, or equivalent precision custom manufacturing operation
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Good communication and follow up skills
Ability to make discretionary decisions regarding efficient use of time and equipment
Ability to process multiple tasks at once
Excellent attention to detail in pursuit of 1st time quality results
